Placement Cell Indihar college of education is a professional body working towards maximizing student welfare. The team consists of a student body of individuals effortlessly working under a dedicated body of teachers, to nurture and prepare students for their future careers and bring success and repute to the institution. The Cell communicates through both, online and offline modes, and caters to all students of the college.
Placement Cell acts as an interface between the students and the recruiters and is responsible for placement of final year students, providing internship opportunities and grooming the students of all batches. The Cell also conducts various training programs, workshops, seminars and webinars by experts, and regularly takes up various initiatives to develop students’ skills and impart knowledge and awareness in multiple areas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The objectives of the placement cell are as follows:-
\u2022 To assist students in career growth and development
\u2022 To bridge the existing gap between industry and academia
\u2022 To support students in personality development
\u2022 To organize training programmes for corporate executives on various managerial skills

Training<\/strong>
All the B.Ed Students undergo internship & training of 16 weeks in the 3rd Semester. It is organized in various schools in surrounding areas. There are many reputed schools in which our students get trained like Tamil Nadu government schools various parts of Thiruvallur District.<\/p>

Placements<\/strong>
Our students are placed in various reputed schools of Tamil nadu, other states as well as abroad. The college authorities provide recommendation letter to students who wish to work abroad. Many of our students are working in various schools situated in different countries.
The placement cell conveys information to the students at the fastest possible rate. Important advertisements regarding jobs and related information are displayed on a common bulletin board. In order to orient B.Ed students with latest strategies of teaching and learning, expert lectures and national seminars are organized. It also provides a platform for the budding teachers to interact with educationists from various educational institutes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
